RE: [MLB-WIRELESS] Clearing up a few issues. (aka what melbwireless is all about)

Can we have a Melbwireless Network Policies webpage setup on the site? With general usage rules to protect Melbwireless from legal prosecution, etc.

Would probably help clear up a few things that people have been wondering.

1) A free network for all who choose to connect and abide by "the rules"

2) A community group to help each other out, socialise, and have fun.

3) Show the big guys that the communications world is not just for them.

The rules:
1) There will be no illegal activity on "the network". This includes "warez"
or attempting to illegally access information ("cracking").

2) There will be no internet access for resale or profit. If two parties
wish to share an internet connection, it will be the onus of both parties to
make sure all is above board and is legal. It is also the responsibility of
both parties that security is maintained. MELBWIRELESS DOES NOT TAKE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LEGAL OR TECHNICAL ISSUES YOU MAY ENCOUNTER IF YOU
CHOOSE TO GO DOWN THIS PATH. Bottom line: you're on your own if you do this.

3) Anyone found to be in breach of any of The Rules, which may change
without notice (the rules will only be changed to protect MelbWireless and
"The Network" from legal or malicious use) and action will be taken to
disconnect and ban any offenders from accessing the network. Should a legal
request be issued to MelbWireless for offenders details, MelbWireless will
give any details deemed needed to comply with legal requirements.
