in melbourne by the name of Steve White, I'll have to dig out his

from the ACA<BR>spelling out what "open source" wireless networks are and
are not allowed to<BR>do.<BR>The ACA does publish information papers by
request, but I'm not sure what<BR>sort of power and influence the group
