interfaces and we're currently connected to the Senao using our Horizontal
25 dB Hills. My understanding was that the "Northern" interface was H-Pol.
Symbol and hence the H-Pol. antenna. Maybe you can clarify as to exactly
what points where?

The Minitar we are using as a client gives meaningless signal strength
reports so I can't report on that. The Minitar won't connect to the Symbol
but than again, it won't connect to my Symbol sitting next to it on the
bench, so no surprises there.

Grant and James (FUS) also have a link to GHO which effectively joins the
Inner North Cluster to the Yarra North/Valley Cluster and we have
connectivity over 7 hops all the way from Robs in Coburg (FZJ) to me up in
Smiths Gully (HTK). The links are running slowly due to retransmissions
caused by SIFS timeout. Max throughput is only about 20 KB/sec so juggling
some better radios is in order.

It would be good if you could enable the WLAP mode on the Symbol using it's
own MAC address to make it the master and also set the extended range to
about 25 miles. Then we could have a crack at connecting with our 4121.
