implementation of freenet is that there is zero
administration since there are no IP addresses to
allocate and no routing tables to edit.  Just make a
physical connection to the network and it will automatically
reorganise itself so your node becomes part of the network.
In theory a non-technical person could connect simply by
turning their node on.

A disadvantage is that freenet is still a work in progress.
I believe the basic protocol works but is slow.
