This is apparently fixed in 6.06 which is available on the website.
Or.. If you're running WindowsXP, drop by the windowsupdate site.
It just updated my driver to the agere system 7.42 (enterasys only =
support up to 6.25) and firmware to 8.10 (enterasys's latest is 6.06).
