Hello,

I have been attempting to get my netgear wg111v2 with the 8187 chipset
to install under Backtrack 4.

I am running backtrack from a USB key and doing a "lsusb" shows that the
wg111v2 is recognized ok as
it is listed as Realtek RTL8187.

Doing a /etc/init.d/networking start does not manage to get the wg111v2
functional. nor the laptops onboard
broadcom card, only the ethernet port is up and given an ip address
from my router.

Any help would be appreciated.
Regards

Mark
