Good idea - our datacentre can be put onto the MW network via a tunnel over
wireless link to my node at KBN - which will be available to MW in general
(when the Geelong link is working! ;-)
Even so, unpatched servers are still vulnerable on the MW network, if a
nasty work ever gets loose....  but yeah, much better than when it's live to
the internet.

Fantastic!  This little IBM server only fits two drives - I cracked it open
just now to discover to my disappointment that it only has an IDE interface
(though it does have hardware raid0) and fitted with just a 40 gig disk! :-D
So one or two 500Gig IDE drives would be a very good thing for a VM
developmentplatform!
BUT, come to think of it, does ESXi support IDE drives?  I seem to recall
that there may be some problem with that....
