If your reason for wanting the original CD is for activation reasons with the OEM key, you could try installing Windows XP without a product key (only with SP3 media) or temporarily with a VLK key, then run the Product Key Update tool and enter the OEM key. The tool can be found here:

I have successfully used this method to install and activate a legitimate copy of Windows on a Dell Optiplex GX620 with the OEM key.
