interesting idea. I can only see two problems.
1) how much b/w is used?
2) what if everyone did it - talk about denial of service!

[1] StumbledUpon is one of those new fangled web2.0-y social
networking sites that delivers random user rated websites based on
your preferences... They seem to have me pegged pretty well. All geek!
As if I didn't have enough projects to last a few lifetimes already...
