24 GHz is very close to a resonant frequency for water, if I recall,
hence water vapour being the dominant cause of attenuation on 24
GHz. 60 GHz is close to resonance for oxygen molecules.
I did look into 60 GHz for a commercial venture a while back, and
noted the severe attenuation on that band.
