At 10km, probably a bit far, unless you're up particularly high.   I 
could see GHO, but don't want to link there, unless I'm going to be 
the primary means of linking my area to GHO (another option I am 
considering, as Mt D is clear line of sight with little or no Fresnel 
obstruction.
