Yep a pity, and very unexpected, but hopefully we'll be able to make
arrangements with the new
Owners.

Even better someone in the group could buy it ???


Here's the indicative range from the agent 


This is going to auction &  vendors have not yet set their reserve, as
it only went on the market last week. It is difficult to establish
comparable sales of unique "hills" properties, but I have alerted the
owners to recent sales in the area of between $500,000 & $700,000. I can
not give you a clear indication of owners expectations at this stage,
but hopefully will see you at the open on Saturday 12noon. 


It's being auctioned on the 21st of july 3pm
