I assume you are after the EXT2 version (no external antenna?)

If so, one good place I can recommend is TechTopia 
(http://www.techtopia.com.au), they are over in Perth but they have good 
delivery times thanks to AAE).

If you are after the non-EXT2 version (with an antenna), I might have 
one or 2 I can sell (but they are only 100mW, not 200mW).
