[MLB-WIRELESS] IInet four port Routers

I have an old Belkin four port wireless router that also supports voip. I
now have cable for my internet connection, making the dsl modem part of the
router useless. Does anybody know how to make this piece of hardware usefull
again, namely the voip functions.
