[MLB-WIRELESS] 2.4GHz scanner project

I work in the TV industry and 2.5 - 2.7 GHz is used for wireless cameras and 
news links.  We sometimes get interference and it would be nice to have a 
cheap way to see if someone else is on the same frequency, and how bad the 
interference is.
