[MLB-WIRELESS] Quad Shield RG6 cable for wireless?

Thanks, your right, it makes more sense to have a lossless interface
like USB or CAT5 to span the distance, especially since its much
cheaper than Microwave antenna cable anyway. I've given up the PCI
card idea.

I've been experimenting with a 3m USB extender cable and a USB
Wireless dongle, but the device is not recognised (a Netgear WG111)
when using the cable, but is recognised when using a short 1ft cable.
Seems strange since I thought USB2.0 should go 5m no problems. Anyone
seen this before?

I'll buy one of these 5m active repeater USB cables from Ebay and see
if that fixes it. Might even chain two together and see how that
works at 10m.
