Before you replace the card, try yanking it and cleaning the contacts
with an eraser and/or some metho/iso.alcohol, then re-seating it.
With heating and cooling of the cards, mobos and cases the cards
wiggle their way out, or the contacts corrode slightly or some grit/
dust/insect wiggles its way in. I've found that video cards are most
prone to this.
While you have the case open you may as well have a spare on hand,
but why throw a 'good' card out unnecessarily, or bother with new
drivers if it has a different chipset?
