Hi All

If your not going to turn up this friday due to other reasons.

You can proxy vote.

You need to state do you want the change in the constitution from two 
general committee members to four.

Also you do you wish to vote for secretary.

You can email me and as long as I recieve it by 4pm friday.

Remember you need to be a member to vote or proxy vote.
