[MLB-WIRELESS] SD card reader for WRT54G

It's not a bad little mod if you want to add extra storage space for, say,
hosting a web page on the WRT. Don't expect fantastic speed out of it,
from memory, its limited to ~300Kb/sec at most.

The software side is an ugly hack using the GPIO (General Purpose Input
Output) pins that also control the LEDs etc to pass data to the SD card.
Certainly not nice, but it works :)
