Grounding antenna's is a bit of a catch22 thing.
If you ground your equipment with arrestors it will actually increase the
chance of getting struck by making it MORE attractive to lightening.

Unless you're putting up a 10+ metre mast and there's no tree's or anything
else around I personally wouldn't bother.  You're still going to lose some
equipment in a lightening strike whether it's grounded or not.
