Interesting, though one wonders what constitutes a "VDU" - i.e. where does
something change from a display panel (e.g. what's on radios, etc) to a
VDU...  Especially when you take into account some of the newer mobile
phones, navigation devices and the like...

As for wardriving, one can get around the problem using a GPS and running
totally automated, then analysing the logs later.
