[MLB-WIRELESS] Commercial use of MW network

Can you explain the leagal reasons? I understand that it would be illeagal
if we charged for it, but what about if we didnt? What would stop someone
from using it this way without telling us anyway, and if they did, would we
still be breaking the law? What would we do if we detected someone doing
this?

 On a different note, I think that someone planning to use the wireless
network as a park of their business plan would be rather poor plan for a
raft of reasons.

No, for legal and licensing reasons.

On a personal level I wouldn't want any company using part of the network
for commercial reasons that I helped setup or maintain
