This is great news. Apart from the "carrier tax" the ongoing yearly fees
are only a couple of dollars per day. I wonder how many microcarriers will
appear due to this change? I for one am itching to get back into the ISP
business, setting up a small commercial WISP sounds like a cool way to do
it. :)
