[MLB-WIRELESS] connection value/cost for the main net

Interesting idea, however you might want to factor in things like an
endpoint person helping to pay for an interconnecting link so they can get
connection, thus they are not such a low value link after all !!  Just a
different way of looking at the same thing I suppose.
