[MLB-WIRELESS] AP Box cooling

Thanks for all the useful (and not so useful, but rather interesting)
replies.

I think that I shall try and run a 12 computer fan with the air stream
blowing into the conduit that is running the CAT5 cable to the AP box.
Hopefully there should be just enough of a breeze at the box end to make
a small difference. This small airflow should also remove any
condensation from the box. If that doesn't work then the solar chimney
idea would be pretty easy to add on.

On a side note, has anyone put anything other than an AP and/or antenna
up their mast? I have temp sensors. Does anyone have a webcam? Or wind
speed, or weather station?

What else could go up there?

Regards,
Steve

PS. This was my favourite method:
Clae would install a peltier effect cooling module from Oatley
Electronics powered by an array of ex-Telstra solar panels suspended
from a balloon filled with hydrogen created by electrolysis from a
converted Kombi alternator that doubles as an arc welder.
