no where near it , but thanks.

i want the ability to when i dial up my internet provider, upon connetion, i want a program to advertise my ip address and output it to a html file and putit on a web server.

  im looking for a little windows program that when you connect to the internet, it will broadcast your ip address to a html file on a web server. it would sit in the tray or something.
