Antenna yes, wireless card, generally no, because the WLAN card is a data 
transmission device and the video signal is an analogue signal.

Of course, it would be possible to do video over IP, but that's not "TV 
friendly".

Also, note that the EIRP limit for wireless video applications (non SS) is 
10mW in the 2.4 GHz band.
