Damn! and I was going to suggest just that as a method of buying some public 
APs!!! ;-)

Oh well, we will just have to look for other revenue suorces (any one know 
about these Nigerians who need money smuggled out?)

I doubt it will have any real impact but maybe we should do just that... I 
think that a lot of this can be covered (non-legally, anyway) with the line 
"behave yourselves"... :-)  (OK, maybe I am not being totally serious. But I 
do like the idea of implied responsibility before the event rather than 
enforcing the law after the event....)
