[MLB-WIRELESS] Enterasys upgrade to 128bit WEP

Hi all,

I have had a read of Vaskos page for the Enterasys cards on the TIB, about 
upgrading the card to 128bit WEP. I've got 2 little questions:

1) Has anyone ever done this on a box running XP, or do I need a Win9x to do 
it?
2) The page refers to 2 links: one to convert the card from Enterasys to 
Orinoco and the other to upgrade an Orinoco from Silver to Gold. Do I need 
to go through the first step (i.e. change the card from Enterasys to 
Orinoco) or can I skip it? Are these cards not Orinoco already?

Anything that can clear my confusion will be highly appreciated.
