ISDN data lines are charged at $1 per hour timed rate (Telstra Home 
OnRamp) but using data-over-voice (DOV) modems on the ISDN voice 
channels you can get 128k without time charges.  Except for 
interstate calls :-( -these are charged as long-distance calls.
