I can't speak for Sydney Wireless specifically (meaning the website and
associated persons), but the Australian Wireless Association Inc. has
not been approached about any issues.

I think it is fairly baseless. We have not heard anything from the ACA
or the Attorney Generals department recently. We are expecting to have a
meeting sometime soon with the AG's department, but from previous
discussions we have had they don't believe there is an issue.

Personally, I wouldn't be putting that much credence to a slashdot
comment.
