[MLB-WIRELESS] Vic Building Regulations

According to this document, all masts, poles must not exceed 3mt from
the highest point of the roof or when not attached to a building, must
not exceed 8m above ground level.

I believe this document apply to all buildings in Vic, unless there is a
council by-law to offset this.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
