Melbourne.

Must have:
   * Perl
   * SQL skills
   * Billing systems experience/knowledge
   * Unix skills (FreeBSD/Solaris/Linux preferable)
   * Some relevant commercial experience.

Highly desirable
   * ISP experience, particular
   * Software Engineering background
   * Formal qualifications
   * Oracle 9i experience
