[MLB-WIRELESS] Regional Map

Indeed...

Its a dodgy map - not  sure where Tyson pulled it from.

Still, it serves its purpose as a basic map of the regions.Node owners 
can always change their area if they decide it's more appropriate to be 
in a different one.
