Heya,

Aren't Adelong the crowd that are always being written up by APC magazine 
for driving people insane with their after sales (non)service?

Easiest thing to do is to call up your bank and state that you're not going 
to honour the charge as you were screwed by the supplier. That often gets 
their attention too :)
