[MLB-WIRELESS] possible bulk buys

Guys... (and gals...)

It occured to me that 2 things that havent been offered via tib yet are
mast enclosures and pre-made POE kits (for us plebs that arent to confident
with things that go zap)

if theres enough interest, I'm happy to co-ordinate a bulk buy..
