I will do, but even if it is not allowed in the AUP I would still like to
set it up for file sharing and gaming.  Someone has recommended the
following:

"Two svecs in lan bridge mode, a bit of cabling, and make some cantennas,
or else the Superpass 9.8dBi panel antennas."

They quoted the following site: http://www.jmcs.net.au/wireless.html - are
these guys reputable?

Sure, technically, it's a no brainer.  Shouldn't take much of an antenna to
cover that distance.  However, your ISP may not like you doing this.  Check
their AUP.
