I agree the article has little merit.

A much more interesting article would have been on
how the human-computer interface will have to
improve for wireless to reach its full potential.
You can't really use a keyboard and mouse to access
your computer while walking, jogging, driving,
standing, ...  It seems quite restrictive to have
to sit down and be stationary (relative to your
immediate surroundings) to use a wireless device.
