[MLB-WIRELESS] passive repeater

I can vouch for the below.  On Dorcas St in Sth Melb there are two dishes on 
top of the public housing building 90 degrees apart.  One points to Ch7 about 
1.5Km away and the other points north.  I have always wondered what they 
were.  But as Roger points out, you need some honkin' power levels to get 
this to work.
