[MLB-WIRELESS] Node BCA update

Hi Folks,

Just a quick update on Node BCA.

For the time being, the equipment is not going to be distributed - Barry
is going to hold onto it for now. (So those wanting the equipment, hold
off on the emails).

I'm going to donate a mast mount AP and I'll be taking care of any
maintenance issues.

The physical presence of BCA is important, as has been Barry's
contribution.
