Have you tried bribing an employee there, or know someone that works
there? There was a good story on theregister.co.uk about what you can do
with that.

Not that I'm suggesting anything wrt that url.

Well, I'm sure you've covered it and checked, but here we go,

http://www.whitepages.com.au/
  -> Family name: Briggs
  -> Suburb: Tullamarine

The best bet, I would think, would be

Briggs P L
38 Elizabeth St Westmeadows 3049
(03) 9309 4396

(cause of the P, but I may be mistaken). If you put in 'P' as the
initial, you get better choices. You may want to use some social
engineering techniques; such as ringing up and asking about something he
sells or so :) (Don't flame him or whatever though)

But I have no idea where Westmeadows is, but I'm suspecting its close
because the whitepages says it is.. :)

Google might have some more to say on him; you'd probably spend around
an hour trying to find some good stuff (he doesn't appear to come up)

Hrm, the possiblities that insiders bring :)

Well, good luck and don't do anything stupid (e.g get caught),
