As I've mentioned before, there are always the unconventional ways 
besides having a large disposable income, if you're creative. ie. 
bandwidth sharing apps, where people allocate a chunk of their spare 
bandwidth into the pot, that can be used by the freenet for internet or 
tunnel access. Granted this may violate AUP's of some, but others may 
not. It would be a grey area if you send a request for a url into the 
distributed client pool, and someone downloads it for you, and puts it 
into the freenet proxy, if that is actually violating an AUP. Shrug. 
This is of course assuming we don't need a carrier's license to do this.
