[MLB-WIRELESS] new FAQ, called TheEvolvingFAQ on the wiki.

in order to waylay some misdirected efforts this week into 6 hours of
pointless work, i reworked the existing FAQ on the main page, and added
about 40% filler. it is a clearly vain apptempt to wikify the page, and
reworks the URL's into wiki format.

it follows the existing FAQ, includes an index of sorts a brief explanation,
says the same thing several times, as does all FAQ's of note, and genberally
compresses 140 topics of note into 20 paragraphs, and adds more content. as
it says in TheEvolvingFAQ the reason behind this is simple, "it also sounds
cool, just like TheIncredibleBulk"

it includes some (old) safety directions and reasons why stuff is the way it
is, the no-brainer legal guide, a guide to calculating EIRP for beginners,
brief comedy, some glimmer of technical facts without the *ahem* effort of
...

" It's not even completely clear to me why you need it, but it goes
something like this..."
(if you have trouble finding the quote, have a look for fresnel zones
*cough*)

feel free to butcher the wiki page, modify links, add questions, and fix the
