In a way it is, it is replacing the network and organizational
structure, but each site will stay in place as there are community
groups in that area which already use the resources of each site, such
as mailing lists, forums, etc.

I mentioned that the Sydney Wireless web site is more a community face
or forum in the Sydney region, where the Australian Wireless
Association site is a more refined source of information and structure.

Sydney Wireless nor SWAG will be building networks themselves, but their
members who become part of the Australian Wireless Association will help
build and benifit from the network built by the association.

The association will also work to help other groups nationally who wish
to come under the organizational structure of the association.
