Sounds like a good idea. Old notebooks make great little routers (just add
your favourite *NIX OS :-) ).

Subject: [MLB-WIRELESS] Using old notebooks for routers etc

Hi all

I am just wondering who would be interested in buying old notebooks and
turning them into access point/routers etc ??? I can get my hands on a lot
of them for a reasonable price (so I am told) we can probably get p100 etc
but I will be calling tomorrow to see exactly what we can get. Should we
choose to purchase a few at wholesale through my business we can also get
better prices again .

Could be a TIB on old laptops !!.

Matt.
