Hmm, at $30, they do sound interesting...  Yeah, I know, they're not
802.11b, but this is a case of possibly getting something instead of
nothing.  Since I need to route my way out of home anyway, the next hop
could gate to 802.11b.

My main questions are:

1.  Are the cards ISA, PCI or PCMCIA?  I can only handle PCI or PCMCIA at
this stage, as I have the Linux notebook or the Win2k desktop.

2.  Are they FHSS or DSSS?  FHSS has a lot of potential problems for me, due
to the high probability of fairly high powered transmissions in the 2.4 GHz
band (DSSS gear can be set to the top end of the band, away from my ham
stuff :) ).
