[MLB-WIRELESS] RFC: MELBWIRELESSTECH MAILIST

Hi Guys,

With all the non-tech stuff on the list, was just wondering if it's worth creating a melbwirelesstech mailing list to co-exist alongside the existing mailing list? So that those purly interested in the technical get that, and all the policy type stuff etc are discussed on the other list?
