[MLB-WIRELESS] Mystery company offering wireless net services

I have wondered how long it would take before some company tried to setup a
wireless solution like Metronet did with their Ricochet service in the US.
Ricochet ran on the 900Mhz ISM band and the AP's had a nasty habit of
ramping up their output power to the full legal limit creating problems for
home users. The AP were located on suburban power poles.
