This is definitely the way that I see MW operating. We are not here to make
money from anyone. If the group manages to negotiate a deal with any ISP (for
access to the network) then all usage costs would surely be passed directly to
the users who happen to incur, them WITHOUT a profit margin.
This, then makes us fit (I think) into the "non-profit" organization rules
that the ACA would be expecting us to follow.
All we are really doing if we go down this road, is exactly the same as what
we get with TIB.... buy in bulk.. get a better price.
This would be my stance on the matter if the situation arose, and you would
have to work very hard to convince me to change it.
