[MLB-WIRELESS] hot spots to go fishin'

I've found you get the best success in high business districts, with
offices and too much money, as opposed to retail districts. 

Ie. Down the bottom of the city near William / king / queen, hoddle st,
Bridge rd, etc are all good places

Sometimes Industrial areas can be good as well
